I have been your regular customer and a satisfied one. I really respect the fact that you never compromise on quality but today I received a parcel and got disappointed by the quality of the dress. Its clearly quite opposite of the description. No embroidery on shirt. Just patching..and very low quality of cotton. I wish I could exchange it.
Can u please guide me?
