Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Ca_closet! We strive to provide you with high-quality women's stitched clothes, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help with our exchange policy.

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • Exchanges are only accepted within 1 week (7 days) from the date of purchase.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • The original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Exchange Procedure:

  • To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team at our Contact Page within the 7-day window.
  • Provide your order number, a clear explanation of the reason for the exchange, and clear images of the item(s) you wish to exchange.
  • Our customer service team will guide you through the exchange process.


Shipping the Item Back:

  • Once you have received your RA number, carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging.
  • Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.


Inspection and Approval:

  • Upon receiving the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria for exchange.
  • If the item(s) meet the criteria, we will process the exchange based on your preferences.


Exchange Options:

  • You may choose to exchange the item for a different size, color, or a completely different product of equal or lesser value.
  • If the desired item is of higher value, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference.


Non-Eligible Items:

  • Personalized or customized items are not eligible for exchange unless there is a defect or error on our part.


Refunds:

  • We do not offer refunds for exchanges. If the replacement item is of lesser value, the difference will not be refunded.


Additional Information:

  • Ca_closet reserves the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet the eligibility criteria or is outside the specified time frame.
  • Shipping costs for the return of the item(s) are the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
